The customer wanted us to develop a solution that would enable them to make the best use of their Salesforce system. They also sought our help in enhancing the efficiency of their document-generating capabilities.

Challenges Faced by the Client

  • The customer was unable to generate contract documents using Salesforce
  • They were unable to auto-populate data in desired fields from certain objects
  • The staffing firm needed to add two new fields to the invoice template and auto-populate each of these fields with a third of the invoice amount, but was unable to do so
  • Their sales reps were facing issues in updating invoices in the Salesforce system
