From talent acquisition, DEI frameworks, and employee engagement to optimizing compensation and HR analytics for operational excellence, and proficiency in HRIS platforms, she is adept at delivering innovative workforce solutions while prioritizing workforce development.

Kirk is responsible for enabling clients to successfully implement and harness cutting-edge technologies to streamline their business processes, reduce costs and manage risks. He brings more than 25 years of experience in driving opportunities to create the best value and leading strategy development and operational efforts.

Kirk works actively with clients to provide a multitude of services in diverse areas such as advisory, strategy development, implementation, migration, integration, testing and support and maintenance services.

Before joining Solunus, Kirk was a co-founder and managing partner of an IT consulting and staffing firm, where he built the practice and consulted with several Fortune 500 companies.

Sapna is an accomplished business leader, with nearly 20 years of experience in formulating growth-enabling strategies, overseeing P&L management and facilitating timely filings with statutory bodies. She has rich and varied experience across the corporate management spectrum, and this allows her to lead the company on the path of success. Sapna’s penchant for innovative business practices has resulted in the implementation of many novel ideas, leading to substantial improvements in organizational efficiency and effective risk management.

She plays a key role in developing strong, productive relationships between Solunus’ teams and external stakeholders. Under Sapna’s able leadership, the company developed a robust project management framework that enables the implementation of industry best practices to create the highest value for customers.

Prior to joining Solunus, Sapna served as the President of Cigniti Technologies Limited, a world-leading independent software testing services company. In this capacity, she played a key role in the formulation of highly effective plans to drive business growth and managed their successful implementation.

Sudhakar was the founder and CEO of Cigniti Technologies, the world’s third largest independent testing services company. He started Cigniti Inc. as a two-employee company in 2004, and under his leadership, it soon expanded its global operations and added many Fortune 500 customers.
