Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue through outbound and inbound sales efforts.

Familiarity with B2B sales processes and relationship building.

Proven track record in cold calling and prospecting potential clients.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Understanding of IT solutions, products, and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
.
Awareness of industry trends, competitor landscape, and client pain points in the IT sector.
.
Generate regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
.
Participate in sales meetings to discuss progress and strategize for improvement.
.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about product
updates and sales techniques.
.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and
maintaining a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
.
Position requires MBA (Marketing) or any relevant Bachelor’s Degree
.
Overall Experience: 6-8 Years
.
Relevant experience: 5+ Years
.
Prior experience in an inside sales role (preferably IT industry)
.
Familiarity with (B2B) sales processes and relationship building.
.
Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting potential clients and CRM experience.
.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client
relationships.
.
Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas/targets.
.
Insight of IT solutions, products & services to
communicate value proposition.
.
Awareness of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and client pain points in the IT sector.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite: Working experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for sales presentations and data analysis.
CRM Systems: Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and tracking.
Sales Enablement Tools: Familiarity with tools that enhance sales communication and efficiency.
Soft Skills:
Clear and concise verbal and written communication to convey ideas and information effectively.
Ability to manage stress and pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations, client needs, and market dynamics.
