Job Description

Skill sets:

.
Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions that deliver business value.
.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure using CRM systems.
.
Build strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
.
Collaborate with internal teams and continuously enhance product and market knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

.
Position requires MBA (Marketing) or any relevant Bachelor’s Degree
.
Overall Experience: 6-8 Years
.
Relevant experience: 5+ Years
.
Prior experience in an inside sales role (preferably IT industry)
.
Familiarity with (B2B) sales processes and relationship building.
.
Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting potential clients and CRM experience.
.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
.
Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas/targets.
.
Insight of IT solutions, products & services to communicate value proposition.
.
Awareness of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and client pain points in the IT sector.

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), Sales enablement tools, Virtual Communication tools

Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Ability to manage stress and perform well in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Customer-first mindset focused on delivering exceptional service.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.

  • Adaptability to changing client needs, market trends, and business priorities.
